Great story
Ken,
This is really pleasing to view from a technical standpoint, including composition. But what really stands out is that you are telling a story here; and have captured a true life moment. I like that the subject at the far left has his head back, then the next one to his right has their head just a little forward, then the next more forward, and the last has just dropped his head in his hands.

Thank you for your kind words. I'm glad you like the composition, to me the waste bin adds so much and it could so easily have not been there. I agree that the configuration of the various heads, and the fact that the man with his head slightly back appears to be speaking, allow the observer to weave a tale from the image.
