Thanks Fons. I was staying with my son at his holiday home in Normandy - there were dozens around his lavender. This was the E-510 and the rather slow (focus speed and aperture) 70-300mm. I'm looking forward to trying again with the E-M1 and some better glass.

Lucky you, to see several. I've only seen a few in my life and any capture you can make out what it is, is a good capture!
