Sky Replacement?

Like it! Forground just a tad too saturated? And am wondering if the sky is a replacement? Great image!!

Thanks for your coments. I'm sorry yesterday I had not enough time to put explanations when submitting the image. It is quite retouched because I wanted to make an almost irreal image. The sky is authentic, it had been raining that morning.
