B&W is the right choice here for sure but it still needs something to make it more interesting. Unfortunately, this requires some experimental editing. I inverted the image so that black became white and vice versa. This makes it appear to be strongly backlit and reveals a thick coil like those newish very efficient spiral light bulbs beneath the loops of telephone line. Add a reasonably unsubtle vignette to enhance the strong glow of backlighting and the image becomes more interesting.

Lovely bright colours with the central interest being the yellow ethernet plug and everything very sharp. All of the cable loops made me think that this image should be circular so I tried a hard vignette with no feathering to get that.
