Very good shot - excellent composition. Can be further improved if you reduce the pink content and increase the saturation.

I'd recommend ot shoot RAW+JPEG. This way you can easily edit the RAW image and choose the best white balance setting.

Thank you David. This may sound a bit naive....but I actually felt guilty flying somewhere over Sudan or Chad when people in the aeroplane were offered more food than most of passengers were able to eat.
