There is a strange green outline in the background on this. What is it?

On the original picture you can see the same green outline but in a lesser proportion. Due cropping the picture is blown up a bid also the green outline became heavier.I dont know what it is.. Maybe the reflecting off sunlight on the leaves is the cause..

The green-pink in the background is a kind of chromatic aberrations in the lens. It shows when there are abript contrasts between dark and bright. The fact that it doesn't show up in the focused part of the image is because the lens is optimized to have minimal effects of CA in the focal plane. Behind and in front of the focal plane, this lens doesn't appear to be not corrected at all.
Incidently I have the same len but I have never seen this effect. I assume there are different versions. The OM Zuikos were revised several times without any announcements from Olympus.
Regarding the picture, I think it is a pity that it is so over exposed. The bird is cute but the harch lighting makes the picture hard to look at.
