This is taken from a sailing boat, under way, handheld at 150mm. Ok, lots of light I only had to go to ISO 160 to get 1/1250

Almost straight out of the box. All I did in PS was duplicate the Background layer and blend the two with "Multiply".

I'll upload the thumbnail for comparison.
