Quite a bold pose for this lady. Is she an amateur or a professional model?

BTW, did you desaturate the image?

Alfred,

She is a semi-professional model. I did not desaturate the image, but did apply some color correction using the Remove Color Cast tool in Nik Color Efex Pro.
