Moorhen (Waterhoentje in Dutch) are very difficult to photograph?.As soon they spot you they hide away in the reed or plant aside the water.....I had to sit still for a while then they showed up again......This is the result....

Nice composition as well. I wonder though what the blue reflections in the water are?

Hi Jens,

Thanks for the comment, as always I really appreciate it.
This water stream located at the back from our garden is also the border of the property.
I made this shot opposite from the next door neighbour, they have some blue pots and decoration on the waterfront.
This explains to blue reflection ... I had to go back my self to see what caused it....;-)
