Teeth

The teeth look way too white. Maybe she had those, but if you painted them white, I can give you a hint that I use.

Select the teeth in your program (I use gimp), then adjust the blue color curve, right in the middle range, and pull it up a little higher. This turns the yellow to a very good white.

I love the composition!!!!
