Blue Jay
I guess it is one of the variations of the same bird. This one looks quite different to the ones seen in California though.

JAY....
I made a mistake here , it's not a Blue Jay but just a Jay.
I have seen Blue Jay's in US and Canada they are blue all over wright?
I think this is perhaps family but I am not sure...
