Great
I like this shot very much - the mute colours, shads of blue and grey, the composition, the mood and especially the repetition of patterns or three cliffs and three pieces of driftwood. Besides that mist reminds of Chinese mountain paintings and the shape of cliffs and wood looks like the Chinese character for mountain - "shan". Well done.
Pekka.

Thanks, Pekka. I am very impressed by your interpretation and understanding, particularly in relationship to traditional Chinese painting and calligraphy.

A great shot with a lovely composition, I like the juxtaposition between the driftwood and rocks in the background, it looks like they are copying one another.
Cheers Steve

Beach
I like the composition. Quite well done. I think beach is one of the themes for the MyOlympus contest this month. I would consider submitting it.

Steve, I appreciate your comments. I agree with you that the unplanned symmetry makes the picture interesting. It is much less noticable at the site. Photography has the ability to turn some ordinary things interesting.

Wonderful image! I also like the blue cast and the symmetry. Also interesting to note that overcast weather and lack of light does not prevent pictures from turning out good!

Thanks, Dietrich. It was very early in the morning. I was quite disappointed about the cloudy and dark weather when taking the picture. To my surprise, it turned out interesting.

Wonderful picture, superb composition. I am agree with the previous comentaries. Cngratulation !!..That is the photographer's merit, as artist, to turn something "ordinary" in interesting. The beauty is in everywhere, but sometimes we don?t have "eyes" to see. Best regards, Ricardo
